in the official breeding registry of the European Buckfast Beekeepers' Association (GdeB). Even as a guest, you can move through large areas of the breeding database and get a good impression of the breeding work of Buckfast propagators and breeders. Membership of the GdeB or one of its affiliated Buckfast / state associations is not required to use these basic functions. Nevertheless, you are cordially invited to become a member of an association and support the work of Buckfast breeding.
We would like to invite you to register as a "member of the breeding registry". Here you can find the "Application for breeder abbreviation". Once we have received your application, we will check it and create a breeder abbreviation and your access for you. This will give you access to further functions of the breeding registry and you can document your breeding work yourself.
To make it easier for inexperienced database users to get started with the breeding registry and use the pedigree, we have set up a practice platform, the >>Sandbox<<. Here you can try and test without risk and as you please. All "practice data sets" created in the sandbox are overwritten overnight by the current data set of the productive system. This means that a new, "clean", up-to-date practice world is available every morning.
Do you have any questions about the breeding registry? You can find answers to frequently asked questions in our >>Knowledge database<<.
